Something has been on my mind lately, and I've been worrying about it so much that I can't seem to sleep all night long. I go to bed around 11:30, wake up around 4 a.m, go back to bed after 15 minutes or so, wake up at 6:50, then go back to bed after another 15 mintues or so, then sleep for another 1 1/2 hours.

I just want to sleep without waking up so often. What can I do???
