okay. here we go:

i am a 10 year old girl and i go to a conselour. i am depressed and i have anxiety because everyone picks on me at school. she says that is why i am having some troubles sleeping. she gave me a malentonian or something like it. it is suppost to be a natrual herb found in your body to help you sleep- the thing is- it doesn't help me. i lay for hours awake trying to get to sleep every night and than i am tired and grumpy in school. i already have a glass of milk and take a shower before bed. it is just that i am tired in the day but not in the night and i cannot even get to sleep. i have seen those ambeain CR ( or however you spell it) commercials and i am wondering if i should take those. or anytips- should i bring this up with my doctor?
