    Sleeping at night troubles?

    Well, I went to bed at 9:00, hoping for an early sleep. I ALWAYS have trouble sleeping at night. But it was worse this time... I didn't fall asleep until 12:30 or after! I have no clue why! Normally I go to bed at 9:30, and don't fall asleep until 10:45 or so, which I think is too late as well. So what are some good tips for a good night sleep? Oh and by the way I'm only in the 7th grade so... Thanx!

    why do you go to sleep so early....try reading at 930 and do it until you feel like going to sleep

    Sleep aides given by your mother, or try some warm milk!

    when you have real bad trouble sleeping take tyenol pm

    well i go to sleep like aroung 4:00 am everyday !!!! ummmm try medicineDD

    Have a bowl of cereal and milk before bed... It helps.
