I think i may have a sleep disorder of some type. Im not sure though. I sometimes struggle to get to sleep, but most commonly, i wake up 3-4 times every night (not being able to get back to sleep for 15 minutes- 1 hour) as well as the fact that i wake up very very early (bot purposely, trust me i would much rather sleep in). As a result, all of this lost sleep hits me during the day and leaves me utterly exhausted. Could this be a sleep disorder?
