to lose fat? What are some simple changes I can make to my daily life that will assist with my effort to lose fat? I work out regularly incorporating both cardio and weights and have been eating much healthier. I have completely cut sugary drinks and have severely lowered my intake of white breads-I eat whole grains whenever possible.

Also, this is strange I know, but water to me doesn't taste like it should. I don't know if this has to do with anything but I am very allergic to nickel and had braces a few years back for 4 years. Ever since I have had the braces some things taste different to me, almost like metal. Very oddly, water is the worst. Whenever I drink water it tastes like I'm licking metal or something. So, I don't drink as much water as I should. But I AM trying..any ideas? Is flavored water bad becuase of the chemicals or is it as good?
