I started my "keto diet" today and I think im doing pretty well.. I weight 175, im 6"0.. today i ate 2100 cal which is 500 below my maintenance.. I had 138g fat, 25g carbs, and 196g protein.. I think i should lower protein a little and up the fat.. what do you think? also how are my carbs? one more thing... my sodium intake today was 4,186mg.. thats CRAZY! .. does that matter or can i leave it that way?? another thing.. if i leave it that way can i just take diuretics or "water pills" to help me get rid of the stored up water?? let me know.. thanks alot
