    How long does a medrol dosepak take to work and how long does it stay in your system?

    I am currenty on a medrol dosepak. Today is my third day and I am still in pain, if anything I feel worse. How long until I start feeling the results and how long will it help me. Anyone who knows please respond. Thanks
