want to become a future social worker?

I am currently in Community College though... and majoring in humanities since they dont offer social work or psychology as a major, and dont have it... is it possible to change my major to social work / psychology later on in a 4 yr college or university and then could i work as a social worker? would this be possible?

yes just try to take all your gen ed's at your community college... that way when you transfer to a 4 yr college all you will have to worry about is your classes related to your major

Yes you can apply to 4 year colleges and change your major. Ask when you apply if they can accept you into the social work/psych major.

Keep in mind to be a social worker you have to get a MASTERS degree in social work after getting a bachelor degree. The government only hires social workers with masters degree.
