I noticed that in times when I do lose weight (such as on vacation, or when I exercise for extended periods of time), I also end up pooping a lot less. However when I gain weight (such as in periods of intense stress at work, or late nights trying to ship product), I also tend to poop more than usual. Isn't this weird? Shouldn't the opposite be happening? How much of weight loss goes in the feces vs urine or sweat? Thanks
