This is my first time actually recording what I have eaten through out the day. I have been working out and eating healthy for about a year and a half now and now I want to gain muscle mass. Here is the breakdown of the Macronutrients(sp?)

What do I need more of or less of
This is for 5 meals throughout the day not sure about 6 yet I will update if I do have 6. Also this is my non-workout day so I only had 2 protein shakes 24g each, I'm about 5'8 165lbs 18 years old. I have no idea what my Body Fat% is, around 13 if I had to guess. So hopefully someone knowledgable will help me out with this. Any other information regarding this just tell me
