I am not fat, it is just that I am heading in that direction
in terms of BMI-i am at the low end of normal-so i don't want to lose any weight-but my stomach has started sticking out alot-and based on my family history i am a little worried that it is going to be a "big-lol" problem in the future if i dont start paying attention to it now
Is this just a matter of exercising and toning my stomach or is it a matter of eating healthier?
I don't think I exercise that much and eat that healthy(because I dont worry about my weight)-but I don't know which one is the problem

Please also include some ways(exercises or healthy food plans) that would help tone my stomach.
