i'm 15 years old
its now late november and at the beginning of september i cut out all chocolate,crisps, sweets, biscuits and cakes from my diet. i didn't eat any for 8 weeks. i then took a week break cos i was on holiday and wanted to eat what i wanted but i resumed it again. i now eat no chocolate, crisps, sweets cakes or biscuits at all, except on fridays when i have a chocolate bar or something as a kind of treat.

however, i've been doing this for ages now but lately i've felt sick all the time. starving hungry, but still sick, like i'm gonna throw up. i don't have breakfast because i feel so sick, and today when i tried to have lunch my friend ate it for me cos i nearly threw up. and i've been at home and still haven't had dinner because the thought of food makes me feel sick, despite the fact that i'm quite hungry - or at least i think i am.


whats causing this?
