I worked out shoulds bi's and traps today for 50mins
then 10mins after had a protein shake in water w/ a half a banana then 20-30mins after which is now i am having a 10oz sweet potato and 8oz of chicken breast (it said w/ rib meat) idk what that means

but does this seem okay is it okay that i am eating 20mins after my protein shake or is that too close? i recently read that u should have a shake then 20-30mins later have another large meal if possible so im just wondering if this seems okay idk how many cals or protien or carbs it is do you?
