I've never been on any kind of running team but I wanna join track team. I should tell you my endurance is VERY low. It kills me to run laps in physical education. But I'd like to be in better shape and have fun while doing it. Can you tell me how I should start my training and if I should be eating a special diet? I have a long time for training. If I'm not mistaken track is a spring sport and it's only october.
