If you are an adult and only weigh 100 pounds, you may not be eating enough. You don't say how tall you are, but 100 pounds for an adult is fairly thin.

You need to realize that your body needs fuel to run on. You would never get in your car and expect it to go 100 miles without gas, would you? Your body needs nutrition to get you through the day. You do not want to realize after it's too late that you've not nourished your bones enough to be strong, or consumed enough calcium to keep your teeth healthy.

Since you asked your questions the way you have, it appears that you know it's bad for you; you probably just need or want someone to affirm your understanding. I hope that you take good care of yourself, eat what you need to stay healthy, and realize that indeed, you should treat your body as if it were a temple.
