I am 19, male, 214lbs and 5'9". My goal is to weigh 190.

I ride a bike every day (indoors) at 19-23 mph (start off at 19, finish at 23) for about a half hour. I stop at 10 miles.

Is this a good exercise routine, or should I try to do more? Is it enough to lose weight and get in shape, or do I need to do other things in addition? When will I notice a change in how I look and feel?


I tried doing sit ups (about 25?) two nights in a row and I was sore for about a week, so I obviously did that wrong. I've also been thinking of cutting lunch or dinner out, how would that work?
