this is my weekly routine:

monday-
30min jog at 6am

gym at 4pm

tuesday-
30min jog at 6am
6:30-8:30 football pratice
shower sleep

wednesday-
30min jog at 6am
gym at 4pm

thursday-
30min jog at 6am
6:30-8:30 football pratice

friday-
30min jog at 6am
gym at 4pm

saturday-
30min jog at 8am

sunday-
30min jog at 8am

so basically i go two question with this routine...... how much bottles of water a day should i be drinking (currently 10-20)...... when during the day should i be eating??????
