in the past 2 weeks ,as far as i can remember, every time after i finish...

...a meal, i feel bad, why? 20 min to half an hour after eating i start feeling as if i have food still going down. you know like a big piece of cake or bread going down slowly and this feeling lasts for more than 1 h. is it me not chewing properly the food? is it a sign that i eat fast( i think i eat normal)? or could be something that needs medical attention? and also a feeling of a slight headache is also along with it...what is this.

Could be any of those things. Could be that you are not drinking enough water. if the problem has been going on for a couple weeks and this is a new experience you should consult a physician.
