I'm 17, 5"1 and I weigh about 130 lbs. I'm a vegetarian, I admit I snack a little often and don't have a good eating schedule when it comes to dinner. So, what exercises could help me lose the weight I want in those areas? I want to be a little thinner, not too much. Also what can I do diet wise to help? Websites, videos and as much information as possible is greatly appreciated.
