So basically I am recovering anorexia. In the past three months I have apparently destroyed my body from 110 to 75 pounds and killed any hunger signals I have. I just visited my nutritionist and we need me to gain weight. I am going to have 3 meals 3 snacks a day. How can I spread out the calories best? How many calories would be best? I cant do any exercise until I gain all the weight back which could take months, so my job is to basically just eat which is quite depressing.
