    Calorie meal plan for 13 year old recovering from anorexia?

    So basically I am recovering anorexia. In the past three months I have apparently destroyed my body from 110 to 75 pounds and killed any hunger signals I have. I just visited my nutritionist and we need me to gain weight. I am going to have 3 meals 3 snacks a day. How can I spread out the calories best? How many calories would be best? I cant do any exercise until I gain all the weight back which could take months, so my job is to basically just eat which is quite depressing.

    Gaining weight is easy, losing it is difficult.

    I'm 13 and I weigh 170 pounds. Basically, just eat like a pig. Chow down at McDonalds and you'll gain weight fast.

    Don't start planing you meals and everything, just enjoy your food eat healthy, and go out to eat every once in a while.
