am I having an allergic reaction to this face cleanser?

I decided to try something new, mary kay 3-in-1 face cleanser or whatever, normally I don't usually use anything on my skin but I had this laying around and decided to give it a shot. I put it on, washed it off, and it wasn't long before my face started somewhat itching, and turning red.

Is this an allergic reaction or what? I will say that when I was rinsing it off my face, I rinsed quite a few times because I wanted to make sure it was off, like I said, I don't usually use anything on my face, so I was thinking that maybe I over-scrubbed it but I don't think thats the case.

my face is still red, itches, and hands down feels like a sunburn.
do i not use anything on my face until it goes away? or should I apply lotion or something?
