    What's a good diet or good nutrition when your starting to work out?

    I've been a bit of a junk-food addict for a good few years and wanting to get back into shape/health. Any food/meal recommendations? I work alot of hours so I'm thinkin anythin that I can make and take in with me..

    beans and brown rice. i wanted to say it before anyone else did. so incredibly good for the body (vitamins, proteins, etc) and low cal...

    (they're sold in cans, so taking it with you shouldnt be a problem, lol.)
