Is my cat Bi-polar or what?

I'll walk by her one second and she meows and rubs on my leg.
The next time I walk by, she hisses and run away.

    She is fixed and de-clawed.
Nobody is mean to her. This is a everyday thing.

Just wanna know what her problem is. Maybe my wife is rubbing off on her?

It's not uncommon for cats to appear bi-polar, but this is more of a personality trait rather than a manic-depressive behavior. Bi-polar entails severe depression and then thoughts of grandeur manic like behaviors.
