i pop my fingers, toes, ankles, elbows, neck, and back. i get really stressed out and so i started popping my knuckles. its a habit now and i really wanna stop. but i feel less stressed when i pop my knuckles! please help me! im only 15 and my back and neck are pretty much hard as a rock from all the stress. i tried stretching everyday so that my muscles would be looser and i wouldnt feel the urge to pop my knuckles all the time but it didnt work, i still do. my mom nags me about it all the time. thanks in advance
