I'm a male, 5'6" and about 122 lbs. I've been thin my whole life. I started working out to gain some muscle mass but for some reason, i haven't noticed any movement on the scale. I mean, I eat till I'm full every time. Gaining weight for a thin person can be just as frustrating, trust me! Do you guys recommend any specific supplements I can take to gain weight safely? I'm kinda desperate...
