It was all over the news almost two months ago. The U.S. Marine who tossed a live puppy off a cliff and videotaped it. My question is whatever happened with that? Did they ever positively identify the Marine and was there any action taken? I never saw a news story in regards to any proper action taken against that douchebag. Anyone know??
