Swollen Eye?

I woke up this morning with a realllyy swollen left eye. I put a cold face cloth on it and some cucumber eye gel, and it's gone down a bit, but it's still a little swollen and red. It doesn't hurt at all, just looks really odd. How can I make sure the swelling doesn't come back, and what could've caused it?

maybe ur eye got an air draught, that sometimes can happen, just be more carefull next time
