I saw a guy on TV move a train with is teeth once. Try that it may help. He had a pretty buff looking jaw.

In order to look more "chiseled and tone" you need to lose any "baby" fat or excess fat from around your face. In short, lose weight. About the jaw thing, it makes sense to a certain degree. It really relies on a person's facial bone structure than anything else, some people's facial bones are more or less prominent in certain areas, that's just genetics. But if you're determined, chew lots and lots of gum, all day, everyday.
