...side effect of creatine.? The creatine monoyhdrate is affordable for me but some of the higher end & newer ones --which I have been told they work way better--are not in my budjet.
I received advice on BodyBuilding.com that one way to make creatine monohydrate work is to mix it with a tea spoon of dextrose.Bought dextrose and have begun using this combo and even adding a little apple juice.I have not seen the results I was hoping.
Consistent literature supports that creatine monohydrate works for about 80% of people and 20% it doesnt,but mixing it with the dextrose should help those 20%.
Any one have any ideas in how to make creatine monohydrate work for me and help me to put on that water weight that creatine does do?

Also, my body does not respond well to sugar and carbs and I am trying to put on weight. Cant afford one of those weight gain powders cause too expesive and some r filled with sugar. Anyone have any little tips for putting on quality weight.
