weight training and cardio to lose at least 50lbs. I had tendon repair surgery and been out of work and not much excersice done since. I want to lose some excess fat that Ive gained over the past months after my recovery process at home and not working. Please any advice on what would work best I used to do the threadmill for 30min and lots of ab crunches but I need something to lose this excess weight soon for the upcoming summer pool days.
