I eat food that isn't bad for you but isn't very good for you either-the kind of food that if you would live on it the rest of your life you would always be in a healthy weight range but could be healthier. You get the picture. I want to lose about 5 to 10lbs. How can I do this by just changing my diet? I know it's possible to lose weight just by making healthier diet decisions. What do you recommend. Please keep it detailed and give calorie amount for each food item. I'm pretty much asking for somebody to map out my diet for the next month.
