    If a doctor laughs when you tell him you think you have a disease, is it likely...

    ...that you don't have it? I was studying genetic diseases for class and came across nf1...I have the spots...so I asked my family dr. and he laughed....so does this mean I probably don't have it? should I stop worrying? BC I still think I have it.
