I can't concentrate when having sex?

Distracted when having sex? For those with ADHD.?
Whenever I have sex my ADHD plays up the most. I cannot stop getting distracted by other thoughts. Sometimes I stop and walk away without even realising it.

What are some things to help stay focused?

I've had this problem in the past but it generally stemmed from a lack of enjoyment rather than an ADHD flare up. I actually mentally composed a whole grocery list and a list of things cleaning supplies I needed to pick up during sex. My partner of course, was less than satisfactory.
