For the first time in my life my period is late?

My period was due 2 days ago, and it never showed up! This will be the first missed period, besides me being pregnant! I know that I am not pregnant, because I am not sexually active at the moment! I am having cramps and sore boobs, but no bleeding! I am getting really scared because this never happened to me before! My cycles are like clockwork. Should I go to the E.R?

Period being late for 2 days is normal.
Stress, or even change of eating habit, can cause period to be slightly late. There is nothing to worry about. Try not to think about it too much. When you keep stressing and worrying about it, the more it will arrive later than your usual date.

Give your body some rest without the stress and worrying. Keep yourself active, eat right and stay hydrate (drinking water). Your period will come naturally.
