Hey guys-- I want to get help with my weight loss, I gained some weight over winter. I want to lose 10-15 pounds by June and tone up. I have been having problems lately with motivation. Lately (maybe because of the weather or mild depression) I feel tired and lazy. I have an elliptical machine in my house as well as a ton of exercise DVD's-- yoga, pilates, Carmen Elektra strip tease, etc.

Can you suggest a work out routine to help me achieve my goal? And please some wise words to get me motivated and back on track... something that will make me excited about working out! Thanks guys!
