I have prom in about 2 weeks and I have a huge insecurity about my arms. I should've kept working them out a long time ago but I got lazy and gave up and I've been sick for about a week so I couldn't really do anything strenuous. But what can I do to tone them up and lose as much of the fat in them as physically possible in 2 weeks? I know I won't get a perfect result but I'm hoping I could see maybe a small change in this time so I'll feel more confident in my dress.
