    I have an exhaust fan/heater in my bathroom...today started making funny...

    ...noises and no more hot air? It's worked fine until today...house is only 3 years old...what is wrong?

    May be the fan needs oiling. Get your electrician and he will do it.

    You probably need a new fan. You might talk to the builder or the real estate agent, or write to the fan's manufacturer.
