    My brother is 16 and does martial arts. He wants to use creatine to get bigger and

    stronger, is bad? what are the side effects, may it affect his sperm/ future children, performance at school ect.

    well creatine DOES NOT build muscle. it temporarily adds water to your existing muscles making them appear larger. he shouldn't worry about building until he's at least 17. but when he does he needs to use whey protein. also he'll need to eat more potassium and alot more protein foods. but his lifting routine MUST be balanced. if it's not then he'll have joint and back issues in the future

    Any type of enhancing things like that is bad news. It gives you a false sense of accomplishment. Once you stop using it, you will loose what you have gained while on it.

    The best way to get bigger and stronger is by eating healthy, exercising, and you can also take vitamins too.

    Natural is the best, safest, and healthiest way to go. Supplements don't replace natural by any means. It doesn't even come close.


    I don't know what the side effects are, or even if it's addictive, but you can google that.
