Well, I went to bed at 9:00, hoping for an early sleep. I ALWAYS have trouble sleeping at night. But it was worse this time... I didn't fall asleep until 12:30 or after! I have no clue why! Normally I go to bed at 9:30, and don't fall asleep until 10:45 or so, which I think is too late as well. So what are some good tips for a good night sleep? Oh and by the way I'm only in the 7th grade so... Thanx!
