...lose 20 pounds in 5 weeks? i am on a detox diet where i basically eat banana, strawberries, lettuce, pickled olives, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell pepper, and either a can of tuna or sprinkled cheese.
then i drink about 2 1/2 glasses of unsweetned green tea (in tea bags, not bottles) and a glass of fresh no-sugar added orange juice and of course water.
all the veggies go in a salad and the fruit, i make into a fruit salad. i eat about maybe 2 times a day: 1-2 bowls of bananas and strawberries or banana and canteloupe, and one huge salad with tuna or some sprinkled cheese.

i was wondering the limit on veggies (cooked and raw) and fruits because i get pretty hungry sometimes and i still want to lose 20 pounds within 5 weeks and a half.
