Good april fools pranks for my sleeping pregnant wife?

just wondering has anyone got a good prank on my wife, but shes a light sleeper so it has to be good but not dangorous as shes pregnant....i thought about putting tomato sauce on our son's ears and running in the room shouting get up we need to take him to hospital he's bleeding from the ears?
