I am 16 years old and I'd like to lose 5-6 lbs within the next month. I have gained 10 lbs over the past 7 months. I weight a bout 130-131. Id like to stay at a solid 125 lbs for now and over the summer. I am 5'8". I play sports and I have been eating alot lately (Well it feels like it) But i eat healthy foods. I dont eat anything fried or milk chocolate. I eat tons of fruits. How do I lose just that 5 lbs?!
