Effect of too much internet surfing on brain?

Hi I do spend too much time on internet and i am an information junky, i.e. tend to read many information i come across. I often feel tired (feel brain fatigue).

Can you mention what exact effects too much internet surfing can impose on the brain?

    1) Do too much internet surfing or computer use kill brain cells?

    2) Will it make any difference to the size of the brain, i.e. shrink it?

    3) Any type of meditation or exercise or sleep will help it?

    1) It won't kill brain cells unless you're drinking heavily while doing it, however it's theorized that it leads to a lack of concentration. If you become accustomed to getting lots of information at once, you may have trouble concentrating on one task well.

    2) Nope. But again, look at what I said above

    3) Lay off a little. Seriously. Go outside, go for a walk, read a book for a couple of hours. The net will still be there when you get back.
