out of this RUT!? Well my husband was laid off for basically the past year. It was hard and very depressing. Ive been a fulltime student during this whole thing, and with him home all the time and both of us feelin like crap we have just let ourselves go. Well he finally went back to work this week. But i cant seem to get myself out of this rut. We have gained weight, i used to be an early bird, i would have more done before 9am then most people get done in a day. But now i just cant. I feel slow and unmotivated. I slack on my schoolwork and we got a treadmill so i can start workin off these pounds but i havent really stuck to it. I just feel blahhhh. Is there maybe an herbal supplement or soemthing that could maybe give me some energy make me feel a little more motivated? The past two days hes come home from work and i havent done any housework or homework and i just wanna get back to how i used to be...any advice or suggestions will be appreciated thanks.
