right i go to the gym about 5 times a week for about 2 and a half hours each time, i walk for a couple hours everyday so i do plenty of exercise.

the thing is when i come home my family ALWAYS have my favourite foods in, chocolate, cake, [brown] bread and potatoes.

i cant stop bloody binging on these ^ recently and its so frustrating. :|
any tips that will help me from binging?

i DO eat really healthy apart from that (low fat yogurts, fruit and veg) , its just when somebody leaves chocolate cake on the dinner table i become that fat kid stuck in a candy shop argh.

i'm 5'4 and 132 lbs by the way.
