About two years ago I lost about 60+ lbs dieting (only ate fruits, veggies, lean meats and very little carbs) and exercising (I ran on the treadmill and did some weight training) in about 5 months.

I have since gained back all the weight plus some. I don't want to go back to running or doing intense aerobic exercises (I hated it). However, I did enjoy weight training. If I just weight train and eat healthy can I lose the weight?
