I'm looking to getting ripped. I have seen some good workout plans and decided to start one. So here's my plan: 300 pushups on tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays, 300 sit ups on mondays, wendsdays, and fridays. What would be best for me, breaking them up to 50 at one time or 100 or mabey just 30? I'm also only 6% body fat and I drink about 12 8 ounce galsses of water a day. So I think it will be easy for me to get results fast. So feedback?
