Here are my symptoms, Fatigue, Craving sweets and carbs,
Feeling depressed, PMS,Fuzzy thinking, irritability,Irregular periods, acne, Stiffness, acid reflux and pigmentation on my top lip.

What can I do... ??? I don't want to take any medication. Will it go away by it's self?

I'm 28, and 5.5 and 125 pounds 9 stone
