ok i weigh 118-120 it changes day to day but i want to get down to 115 or 110 i almost 5'9" and i think i ate to much today did i?
Breakfeast-miniwheats w/milk [normal portion]
lunch- three homemade walffles 2x2
dinner-half a hamburger,four carrots and 10 tator tots,handful of grapes

exercise-core/strength training 45mins,running 6mi, rollerbladed 1hr, dance 2hr
did i do enough to equal out what i ate..well i lose weight or should i cut back even more?
