Okay...
I honestly don't know if I should be self diagnosing myself and that's why I'm asking people here.
I have some of the symptoms listed on the sites about depression and they come and go constantly.
However, I don't know if I have depression then or if I just think I do.
It's like...I don't know if I'm making myself have certain symptoms, but in reality I don't have them.
Does that make sense?

If anyone understands what I'm going through, it'd be appreciated if you could help.
